Capitals Volleyball Club is a safe environment for players to enhance their skills, gain self confidence, be a team player, and create friendships.
Our staff is dedicated to the emotional and physical development of each player on and off the court. Along with quality volleyball training we strive to provide life-enriching opportunities for all of our players.
Hosting team building events and volunteer opportunities help create an inspiring atmosphere and strong bonds.

Players have the opportunity to save on tuition while making a difference becoming a role model and mentor for younger players/teams.
Monthly, teams choose a charity to get involved with through volunteer work. Capitals Volleyball Club takes pride in our philanthropy by donating a percentage of proceeds to charities of each teams choosing.
After playing 4 years of volleyball in high school, Heather became a volunteer coach after graduating. After 2 years of volunteering, she worked as a freshmen coach for 4 years, and an assistant varsity coach for 4 years with various high school programs. Heather is currently entering her third season as the JV volleyball coach at Park Ridge High school, where she is a Special Education Teacher.
Deirdre has been playing volleyball since the age of 13. In addition to playing throughout high school, she played 4 years of club volleyball. Deirdre was recognized as second team all league her senior year. Now she attends Montclair State University while continuing her coaching.
Nicole's love for volleyball started at a young age. After playing four years of varsity volleyball in high school she moved on to play collegiately until leaving to complete her studies in Diagnostic Cardiac Sonography. In high school Nicole was recognized as Third team all state and first team all league.

Nicole became a volunteer coach for the local high school and later coached club volleyball for 4 years before creating the Capitals Volleyball Club.
